On Friday, Mar. 27, the Wolves faced local 3A high school Northwood. In a dominant display, the Wolves took down the Chargers 6-2.
“Northwood lacked a clinical edge,” said Senior Matthieu Dummer. “They looked unconfident against Woods’ steady front.”
This game was particularly special as sisters Amelia and Lorelei Cherry faced off. Amelia, a current senior at Northwood, left Woods after her sophomore year.
“It was really fun to get to play against my sister,” said Lorelei. “It made the whole night more special.”
The Wolves’ next game will take place after spring break on Thursday, April 9th at six on Briar Chapel field four.
